The UHMW-PE resin produced by our factory uses a Zieglar
catalyst, at a low pressure. Its molecular weight can be controlled
from 1.70~7.0 million according to user's need. It owns so many
desirable properties: great impact strength, high abrasion
resistance, self-lubrication, anti-corrosion, gamma radiation
resistance, etc.
Applications of UHMW-PE：
1 Liners: bins, hopper, wear-resistance board, bracket, trough, sliding face, roller, etc.
2 Food Machinery: guide rails, radial wheel, directive wheel,bearing lining, etc.
3 Paper machinery: suction box covers, diversion board,water scraper,hydrofoil.
4 Chemical Industry: Sealed packing board,packing material,vacuum molding box,pump parts,bearing lining,gear wheel, sealing combination.
5 Others: Agriculture Machinery, Shipping Components, electrodeposit industry, machinery parts at very low temperature,etc.
